How
Can I Help?
|
We are always thankful for people who want to be involved with our
Ministry. Shown below are
several ways in
which you can help our Ministry, depending on how you wish to
participate.
If you would like to support us in any of ways listed below, please contact us at:

You can support us in several ways ...
Support Us Through Your Prayers
Some people feel that
because God is God, prayer is unnecessary. While it is true that God
indeed has complete power and control over all things, it was He himself
who initiated prayer as an indispensable part of relationship with Him.
The Old Testament is full of examples of earnest, answered prayers.
Jesus, God’s own Son - fully God sent to earth in human form - modeled
prayer, taught prayer and drew the strength and response from His Father
that He needed to complete His task through prayer. It has been the same
for all following in his footsteps ever since.
God invites and answers the prayers of his
children!
God’s Word, together with prayer, are the most potent
weapons we have in carrying out the Lord’s work in and through us
in Chile. We earnestly seek faithful prayer partners/warriors.
Support Us Through Your
Financial Assistance
We are accountable in all things to Deer Creek
Christian Church and to our other supporting churches. This is especially
true of the administration of support funds and financial resources that God has put
at our disposal.

We welcome your contact with us, whether you are blessed
financially or have the gift of giving. If you want to contribute in
this way, may God bless you!
One-Time Or Periodic Support
Several individuals support our ministry
financially in this way, committing a portion of a yearly bonus
or tax return to us. Others prefer to give on an annual
one-time basis as the best giving alternative for them. We thank
everyone of you who have helped to support us financially in this
way.
Regular Support
A form of assistance that we seek, need and are
grateful for is that of regular financial support from both churches
and individuals. We have been very blessed to receive
steady monthly financial support all along. We know that this
is God’s provision and a result of His hand and we thus give
Him thanks for all such support.
Special
Estate Gifts and Trusts
We have
been very blessed to receive one such gift in recent years,
which we were able to use to purchase our present neighborhood
ministry site, in addition to using it for development and
construction.
Support Us By
Visiting Us At The National Missionary Convention
We have a
information booth and display every year at the National Missionary
Convention of the Christian Churches/Churches of Christ. At our
booth, we represent and answer questions about our ministry and
have up-to-date information and handouts pertaining to all
phases of our ministry as well, including on the internship
experiences we offer yearly. We regularly participate by
speaking at workshop presentations at the convention.

We also
sell "marble people" figures and
sets at the convention - extremely popular and sought after. They include a
complete crèche set (nativity scene), Noah’s ark (with the
animals of your choice), a “Children around the World” set
(with a globe and children of your choice), plus many, many more.
All funds over and above the cost
or procuring any and all items sold by our mission go directly back into
the mission as additional means of supporting its work.

Visiting Chile On
An Internship Or Short-Term Mission Trip
Since 1999, we have hosted internship
experiences for two months or more for college-aged, Christian, young people. We
see this experience as critically important for a
variety of reasons, for those participating and for us, as
well.

Handbook (PDF Format).
In
addition, more and more individuals and supporting churches and
youth groups are choosing Chile as a place to come to and see
